Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Team Members. Duties

• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines.
• Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, lifting, and carrying materials.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols on-site.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
